For over 15 years, I have counseled women learning to trust and affirm themselves, especially during times of transition. With my help, they have learned to hear and listen to their own voices. I encourage all of my clients to believe in their instincts, enhance their self-understanding, and trust their desires to guide them toward the life that they want!
Clients typically come to me seeking help with strained relationships, emotional and stress management, and/or identifying, articulating, and pursuing meaningful life goals.
I began working as a pastoral counselor in 2005, and since then I have worked with many diverse populations. I have experience working with immigrants, children, adults, BIPOC, the LGBTQ+ community, and members of various faiths, as well as those with no faith.
The emphasis of my practice is on working with women, and I am committed to being affirming and inclusive of transgender women, as well as non-binary and other trans-identified individuals. However, I am open to working with anyone regardless of gender identity.
